Welcome to Image Combiner (imagecombiner.net), an AI-powered tool that combines two photos into one and stitches photos side by side. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our service.

Information We Collect

Account Information
- What we collect: your email address, display name, and profile picture when you create an account (directly or through a third-party sign-in provider).
- Purpose: to create and manage your account, deliver your credit balance, and provide customer support.
Your Images
- What we collect: the photos you upload for combining and the images generated from them.
- Purpose: uploaded photos are processed by our AI providers solely to generate your result, and are stored so that you can view and download your creations in your history. Side-by-side stitching runs entirely in your browser — those photos are never uploaded to our servers.
- Retention: your uploaded and generated images are kept while your account is active and are deleted when you delete your account.
Usage Data
- What we collect: interactions with the service, generation history (prompts, scenarios, credit consumption), and feature usage frequency.
- Purpose: to operate the credit system, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Device and Log Data
- What we collect: device type, operating system, browser type and standard server logs (IP address, access times).
- Purpose: security, troubleshooting, and compatibility optimization.
Cookies
- What we collect: small data files used to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
- Purpose: essential site functionality and experience personalization.
Payment Information
- Paid plans are not currently offered. If we introduce them in the future, payments will be processed by third-party payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.

How Your Images Are Processed

AI combining is performed by third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini). When you start a generation, your uploaded photos and prompt are transmitted to the provider solely to produce your result, subject to that provider's own data processing terms. We do not use your photos or generated images to train models, and we do not sell your content to anyone.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share information in these circumstances:

Service providers: trusted third parties that help us operate the service — AI generation providers, cloud storage (for image hosting), and authentication providers — each bound by their own confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Legal obligations: to comply with the law or respond to lawful requests from public authorities. Suspected child sexual abuse material is always reported to the relevant authorities.
Protection of rights: to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights and Choices

Access and correction: you can view and update your profile information in your account settings.
Deletion: you can delete your account at any time from the security settings page. This removes your account information and your stored images.
Cookies: you can control cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required to stay signed in.

Children's Privacy
