Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Image Combiner (imagecombiner.net), an AI-powered online tool that combines two photos into one natural-looking image and stitches photos side by side. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of the Service
Image Combiner provides:
- AI Image Combining: upload two photos (for example, two people, a person and a product, or a person and a style reference) and our AI models blend them into a single image based on your prompt and chosen scenario.
- Side-by-Side Stitching: arrange multiple photos into a single grid or strip directly in your browser.
Certain features require an account and consume credits. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
User Accounts
- Account Creation: To access generation features and your creation history, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
Credits
- The service operates on a credit system. New users may receive complimentary credits, and registered users receive free daily login credits. Credits may also be offered through promotions.
- Credits are consumed each time you generate an image, at the rate displayed in the tool before you confirm.
- If a generation fails on our side, the credits consumed for that task are automatically refunded to your account.
- Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and expire as described at the time they are granted (daily login credits expire after 24 hours).
Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown at checkout.
- Subscription credits are granted in batches: monthly plans receive a batch at each billing date; yearly plans receive a batch each month on the subscription anniversary date (or the last day of shorter months). Each batch expires when the next batch is granted.
- You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access and continue to receive credit batches until then. No partial or prorated refunds are given for unused time.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day first-purchase refund window and a 72-hour grace period for renewal charges, each subject to the usage limits described there.
- If a generation fails on our side, the credits consumed for that task are automatically refunded to your account.
- We may change plan prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Acceptable Use and Content Standards
You are solely responsible for the images you upload, the prompts you enter, and the content you generate. You agree NOT to use the service to create, upload, or distribute any content that:
- Is sexual or adult in nature, including nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery, sexualized depictions of any person, and any form of NSFW (not safe for work) content
- Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way — we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and the associated account will be permanently terminated
- Is illegal under any applicable local or international law, or promotes illegal activity
- Infringes the rights of others, including photos of real people used without their consent, impersonation and deepfakes intended to deceive or defame, and content that violates portrait rights, publicity rights, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
- Promotes hatred, harassment, or violence, including content targeting individuals or groups based on race or ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
- Depicts graphic violence or gore
- Is intended to mislead or defraud, such as fabricated evidence, fake identification, or deceptive political content
- Contains malware or attempts to probe, disrupt, or abuse the service, including automated scraping or bulk generation without authorization
Rights to uploaded photos: you may only upload photos that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use. Uploading photos of other people without their consent — especially for realistic face swaps or intimate scenarios — is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to review, refuse, or remove any content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
AI-Generated Content
- Your content: you retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely to provide the service (generation, storage, and display back to you).
- Generated images: to the extent permitted by law, we assign to you whatever rights we have in the images generated for you. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
- No guarantee: AI output is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that generated images will be accurate, error-free, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose. Similar outputs may be generated for other users with similar inputs.
- Third-party AI models: generation is performed by third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini). Your prompts and uploaded images are transmitted to these providers solely for processing your request.
Intellectual Property
The Image Combiner website, brand, design, templates, and underlying technology are the property of imagecombiner.net and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the service itself without authorization.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from the security settings page.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, availability, or quality of the service or any generated content, and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, imagecombiner.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any claims related to content you or others generate with it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless imagecombiner.net, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, through binding arbitration or the competent courts, as permitted by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
